Did you know you can freeze cheese?
Our cheeses can be frozen for up to 4 months. We recommend leaving them in the vacuum wrap/wax for best results. If not possible Clingfilm will do the job, making sure the cheese is well wrapped.
Top tip we advise for defrosting cheese is to put them straight into the fridge, this allows the cheese to defrost a lot slower. Use thawed cheese within two to three days of pulling it from the freezer.
