We flavour our House Salami solely with black pepper, which is fermented for 2-3 days and then aged for 2-3 months. This cured salami is very much made in the French style of a saucisson sec while displaying our unique touch.

Delivery Pricing:
- Delivery: £3.95 to any address in the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey), and Isles (Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly).
- Free Delivery: Available on all orders over £30.00
Delivery Details:
- We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all parcels. You will receive email or SMS updates once the order has been despatched to track your delivery.
- Orders Delivered within 1-2 days (Mon–Fri). Once the order has been dispatched we aim to deliver your parcel Next Day, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues beyond our control. This excludes bank holidays.
- Please ensure that the Delivery / Shipping Address is correct and in full before placing your order. As we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, there will be an admin and re-postage fee of £3.95 for resending your order.
By placing an order for any product containing alcohol the purchaser shall be deemed to have confirmed they and the recipient are at least 18 years old.
