- We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all parcels. You will receive email or SMS updates once the order has been despatched to track your delivery.
- Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day for next day delivery. While we aim to deliver your order the next day, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues beyond our control. This excludes bank holidays.
- Please ensure that the Delivery / Shipping Address is correct and in full before placing your order. As we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Amazing quality and taste of the cheese in this hamper. The crackers are lovely and help enhance the taste of the cheese. The port was superb and went well with the cheese, chutney and other accompaniments. The other amazing thing is it arrived next day after ordering it at 2pm the previous day. All in all a fantastic experience and I also have a hamper basket I can now regift/reuse. I'm going to try another hamper soon. Well done guys!
