Lovely and sweet, decent hit of heat but not overpowering. Even with the dragon bite cheese it was still a very nice combo. Only thing is i wish the jars were slightly bigger (i may have missed bigger jars on the website though). With the 10 cheese wedge box, it may be a better option to order 2 or 3 as we did go through it quite quickly. Really nice texture compared to other "jams" on the market. This one is certainly more jam consistency than the runny hutney consistency other places offer which i love"
