A perfect treat for any spice lover! Whip these up within minutes.
Ingredients needed:
Packet of plain tortilla chips
225g jar salsa
Sliced spring onions
Wedge of Dragon Bite
Pinch of crushed chilli flakes
Chopped Jalapeños
Guacamole or Soured Cream (optional)
Steps to make Spicy Nachos:
1. Tip the tortilla chips on to a baking tray or dish, pour salsa over and scatter over a few sliced spring onions and chopped Jalapeños.
2. Grate over a wedge of Dragon Bite. Add a pinch of crushed chilli flakes, then place under a hot grill for about 3/4 minutes till the cheese is melted. Serve with soured cream or guacamole.
