- We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all parcels. You will receive email or SMS updates once the order has been despatched to track your delivery.
- Orders Delivered within 1-2 days (Mon–Fri). Once the order has been dispatched we aim to deliver your parcel Next Day, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues beyond our control. This excludes bank holidays.
- Please ensure that the Delivery / Shipping Address is correct and in full before placing your order. As we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
