Crafted using traditional smoking techniques over applewood chips, this cheddar delivers a bold, savoury flavour with a smooth, sharp edge. The gentle sweetness of applewood smoke blends beautifully with the cheese’s creamy, crumbly texture, while a touch of paprika adds a subtle warmth and earthy complexity. A great addition to any cheeseboard. Available in our 200g waxed truckle or 100g wedge.
