The Red One has been specifically produced to give the best texture and flavour possible for a Red Leicester Cheese. Our Red Leicester has a subtle nutty flavour & smooth, creamy texture. Pairs perfectly with a fresh baguette or sourdough crackers slathered in salted butter or even melted on toast. Red Leicester is a hard cheese, similar to Cheddar but much more moist, crumblier with a milder flavour.
